It was a lot of pre riding ordeal but we made it. Started my morning by running around to get the needed chain tension rollers for the warrior since the mail order ones were wrong. Ended up at Reno's to find them..hey, he is our sponser too!
So got home and put em on and loaded, finally departed at noon and arrived there about 2pm. We started passing load after load of quads in trucks and on trailers and I thought....oh boy this could be interesting.
Got there and the parking lot was FULL...I took the ONE space open along the fence..there were trucks parked out in the middle too..I have never seen so many.
I was all good though, we rode quite a bit and the boys had a great time, we ventured back to some of the steeper hills and they whipped em right out. We all got high centered once each....oops. The day finally ended when Jesse the youngest wanted some pics of him jumping a small hill, I couldnt get the dang camera to time right...either pre jump or after landing. And then a bolt worked loose and let the rear caliper come loose on one end, I took some metric bolts and was able to fix it so we played for a few more min and by then the place was getting empty.
So to end my day, I stuck my keys in the ignition of the truck and then closed the door...I got kinda a trick lock and today was the trick day. It locked when it closed!
We found a guy with a hanger and I was able to get it open after some well placed cursing and threatening my truck with all sorts of evils. Of course I promptly appologized before we left for home with it.
Wish we would have had some club folks that were able to join us, it was a good time!
