My son will be in town this weekend and when he is here, we go to the farm and ride. So snow or no snow, we will be headed out to the farm on Saturday to ride. Nothing to crazy, maybe a little patch of ice to play on, some terraces to jump and an open field or two to open it up. I would imagine if any of you can come out, it will be just 1 to 3 of ya so I don't have to worry about some massive group coming out,,,because then I would have to use my selection process and if you don't have cash, you wont get good directions! lol So let me know if you want to ride Saturday in Harrisonville. I thought about DW but I have to be back in Blue Springs mid-afternoon for family functions. Hope to see one or two of ya. I will keep everyone posted daily in case my plans fall thru.

I "think" I can do this....a lot depends on a few things. Like if the kids are busy and can't go, then I can just put one quad in the pickup and come play for a bit. We shall see what plays out.

Ok, so after Todd left I buried up the entire right side, so what...I was lucky it didn't throw me off into the pond. I know I've gotten my exercise for the day trying to pull it out.
Thanks again AJ and please pass on the gratitude to your parents.

I heard about your misadventure....sorry we missed it. It was sure good to get to ride again! Sucked having the day ended by a 5 dollar master link, but no harm done and things went really well other than that. Thanks for the invite AJ and like Scott said, make sure the parents know we appreciated it!!

Guys, I had a great time. Scottie, it was great to meet you and to think the guy just said that he never gets stuck,,,gee that went well for you didnt it. Toddmac, it was great to see you and the kids playing together. Sorry the day ended so quickly, but am glad it was just a cheap fix. We will defanitely do it again sometime. Zachary and I really enjoyed the group ride today.

I have already ordered the parts to fix it. What are ya doing next weekend? LOL It's all good, I got the boys familiar with the basics so now I can be more comfortable with things, and they even got to do a little small hill and ditch handling so that was more than I thought would happen. Heck I even got Jesse experienced with operating the tow vehicle...can't beat that! And you noticed I already have em trained in the ways of loading, I am gonna put some tie down mounts on the new trailer though, I hate having the bikes in there the way we did but it's the only way to get em tied up. Ideally the Blaster is supposed to be on the front and sideways with the other 2 end to end. I will drill out the top rails to accept some eyelets like Scott's trailer has and it will be good to go.

I tried not to take them too many places that would be difficult, but I wanted to give them alittle challenge here and there. They did great and look forward to riding with them again. I will be posting a pic or two, a) to show that we did go ride and that I am not a figment of someones imagination b) to show that Toddmac actually can procreate and them not turning into mutant ninja turtles, c) scottie does indeed get stuck and I can prove it and d) to show that a little mud is good for the soul. Here's to next time and if that happens to be next weekend, well I will try to make it. The farm can be a great place to ride and I was glad to share with you guys.

Oh *$*%$! Dude, the weather says 65 Friday and Saturday! Although being that far off, I'm certain it will change to snow and freezing death from the sky.

You remember telling me that I am working really hard to being a permanent resident in your shed? Well, the next weekend thing I will have to play be ear. Yesterday, I went and did what I wanted and when I get home, there are like 5 bags from the Gap,,,,so it was an expensive day of riding! lol

We can see how things work out for ya. I may even take the kids to DW and keep em off the killer trails. Thats the good thing about that place, there are so many trails one can usually find a work around to anything too crazy.

well I won't be riding any Sundays it would appear for awhile, my friend is moving back to Memphis and they need to fill his spot where he works so I am gonna work Sundays and a few evenings for them and to stock pile a little quad money...ya never know when ya need some quad money now days. That still leaves my Friday evenings and Saturdays free though.
